1. CONTACT US
Whether you choose to enquire by email, phone, via the website, or your choice of messenger app, contacting us starts the process of design process.
2. GETTING TO KNOW YOU
We run through an initial round of 10 questions to get a draft trip back to you within a day or two. Antipodean Luxury Travel is the only New Zealand travel specialist in Asia and we take the time to understand you to deliver the best possible trip. We discuss the accommodation options and talk through our exclusive experiences and ideas for your trip. We offer a highly personalised complimentary face to face consultation is possible.
3. RECEIVE YOUR DRAFT ITINERARY
You will receive a limited detail itinerary to agree a travel outline and start talking with our partner suppliers to check availability. Peak period in New Zealand October-April.
4. REFINE YOUR PLAN AND QUOTE
We refine the plan and send it back to you until everyone is satisfied. You will also receive quotation: we are unable to offer a line by line costing.
5. GET THE GO-AHEAD
Most of New Zealand excursions and top end accommodation require payment upfront so be prepared to have a downpayment at booking confirmation. At this point we get a copy of your passports to ensure the best possible check-in and arrival service. We can also arrange your travel insurance and visas.
6. RECEIVE FINAL DOCUMENTS
You will received all your travel documents and any required visas or documentation. Packing lists, destination guides and tips will be delivered at this point if required.
7. PRE-TRIP CATCH UP
Just before you fly we will contact you to make sure you have everything you need and advise of you any changes, additions or things to be aware of.
8. DURING YOUR TRIP
We will keep an eye on your trip and make sure you have everything you need along the way. If you have opted for our full service offering, private jet or butler service, all these details will managed by Antipodean ground-staff. 9. TELL US ABOUT IT
Once you’re a back home, we will contact you for your feedback and see if there’s anything you enjoyed on your trip you’d like us to source for you or book you return trip to discover something new in New Zealand.
