Sydney Harbour

You’re greeted by your Antipodean Host at the airport and chauffeured to your exquisite hotel. Seated majestically on one of the world’s most beautiful harbours, Park Hyatt Sydney perfectly exemplifies contemporary harbourside luxury with its coveted location between the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

The perfect way to acclimate to Sydney is a day cruising around the harbour on your private charter boat, taking in the beautiful landmarks and secluded coves. You arrive at Australia’s oldest fishing village, Watsons Bay, just in time for a legendary local lunch of fish n’ chips, and then stroll around the beautiful headlands, to the tip of South Head and the red and white striped lighthouse, where you may spot whales whilst taking in the blue ocean beauty.

Back to the boat and glide across the harbour and stop off for coffee at Fort Denison. Located in the middle of the harbour, it’s a sensational spot to watch the ferries and boats zipping across the water as the sun sets behind the Harbour Bridge. The next morning you’ll climb its 1,332 steps to the top of the largest steel arch bridge in the world and take in 360 degree views of Sydney. Breathtaking.

Afterwards, back on terra firma, you’ll have time to explore the magnificent Botanic Gardens, NSW Art Gallery, and The Rocks - Sydney’s historic quarter.

You have dinner reservations at Quay Restaurant, helmed by legendary chef, Peter Gilmore, where you will indulge in contemporary, refined, modern Australian cuisine, and soak up the gleaming harbour and the multi-coloured lights of the bobbing boats.
"I am fortunate enough to have travelled with many luxury travel companies. I can honestly say that Antipodean surpassed my expectations in every way and have created a new standard for the luxury travel industry."

Palm Beach, Whale Beach & Pittwater

You wake early to a bright, shiny day and a cruisy drive to Palm Beach for fun in the sun, stopping off at some secret spots only Sydneysiders know about.

You check into Jonah’s at Whale Beach, and enjoy a late afternoon tipple, watching the colourful sunset above the deep blue ocean from this exalted position.

Dinner is a parade of delightful dishes complemented with an extensive wine list. You round out the evening with a nightcap in the cute bar and then sidle off to your plush suite.

The next day, you’re chauffeured to Newport for a day sailing around gorgeous Pittwater.

Your Skipper knows all the best serene inlets, bays and magic spots to go swimming. He’s also foraged all the best local produce for an onboard lunch that will feature on your memory list for years to come.
