DAY 1

AUCKLAND – WAIHEKE ISLAND

After a leisurely post-match day brunch, you will take a ferry from Auckland to Waiheke Island. A year-round favourite, Waiheke is a picturesque blend of vineyards and olive groves, beaches, farmland and forest. Check-in to The Oyster Inn, a boutique guesthouse with three bedrooms and a stunning seaside eatery. Take in the views out to Great Barrier Island on the long, sunny veranda or from the banquettes in the breezy dining room.

DAY 2

WAIHEKE ISLAND

Meet your private guide who will show you some of Waiheke’s family-friendly vineyards. Enjoy lunch at one of Waiheke’s world-class restaurants where you can taste New Zealand lamb, cooked to mouth-watering perfection for 18 hours, served with a few glasses of the vineyard’s’ wine. Spend the afternoon taking in the panoramic views looking out to Auckland and the Coromandel Peninsula or for the more active, try out zip-lining, archery, clay pigeon shooting, sea kayaking, horse riding or even golf.

DAY 3

WAIHEKE ISLAND – AUCKLAND

After checking out of The Oyster Inn, you will take the ferry back to Auckland. Here you will be transferred to the rich and diverse Auckland West Coast – a forty-minute drive from the centre of Auckland – where you will take on an off-road 4WD adventure. Navigate the terrain steeped in early Maori history in the latest expedition off-road Land Rovers. Finish the day walking along the black-sand beaches, before transferring back to Auckland.
